2005 Championship Points Scoring System

• Those players with the best score will receive 10 points each
• Those players with the second best score will receive 6 points each
• Those players with the third best score will receive 4 points each
• Those players with the 4th best score will receive 2 points each
• In addition all players in a competition will recieve 1 ' Appearance Point'

Penalty Handicap System

• Winning the 1st Prize in the sweep results in the player having his handicap reduced by 3 for his following 3 Comps.
• Winning the 2nd Prize in the sweep results in the player having his handicap reduced by 2 for a similar period.
• Winning the 3rd Prize in the sweep results in the player having his handicap reduced by 1 for a similar period.
• The penalty deduction takes place after 7/8 of a players ' West Hoyle GC handicap has been calculated.
