Knockout Rules
1. The responsibility for arranging a match rests with both players or pairs.
2. A Final playing date will be given by the committee for each round
3. If a match has not been played 10 days before the final playing date, a time and date when the match will be played must be clearly marked on the knockout sheet and the Competition Secretary notified of the problem by one or both of the players.
4. matches must be completed by the given date or a decision reached AMICABLY between all players involved. If an amicable decision is not reached the Competition secretary is to be informed ASAP and his decision is final.
5. Failure to do so will result in the offending players being disqualified.
6. Winners of a match are responsible for altering their names for the next round on the knockout sheet.
7. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will extensions be granted.
8. members who choose to enter the knockout competition must obey these rules. Any player found in breach will be subject to displinary action deemed suitable by the Committee.
